Step One: Create A Hubtel Account

  1. Go to

  2. Provide basic information about yourself and your business and click on START as shown below. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) via SMS on your phone.

  3. Enter the OTP, click VERIFY and follow through with all required steps to completion.

  4. A member of the Hubtel Retail Team will contact you shortly to finalize your account creation.

Step Two: Register Your API Keys

Based on the API you want to integrate, you will need specific Authentication credentials. Learn how to create the relevant API keys for your integrations here

Step Three: Explore our API Documentation

Browse through the various APIs and Download available SDK’s in your preferred programming language to speed up your integration.

Step Four: Request for relevant URLs

You will need to send an email to [email protected] to request the API Endpoints which you will then use for your integrations. You will be required to provide the following information in the email:

  1. Business Name and Hubtel Account ID (eg: PC Enterprise and 183001)
  2. API which you will be integrating. (eg: SMS, SMPP, Programmable Services, Sales, etc)
  3. Use case/purpose of the integration. (eg: Integrating SMS API into a campus timetable app, etc)
  4. IP and port from which requests to the API will be sent. This is needed for whitelisting.
